Tweewaters, Leuven, is the largest inner city development in Belgium. It involves the conversion of an old Stella Artois brewery into 1,200 dwellings and offices for 5,000 residents.
Tweewaters is part of the Energy Hub demonstration project within the FP7 program of the European Commission for improving energy efficiency at the district level.
