Interseasonal Heat Transfer (IHT) is controlled by an ICAX Skid
which uses heat recovery to recycle summer heat down to ThermalBanks in the ground.
The ICAX Skid incorporates a heat pump to recycle heat back to the building in winter without burning fossil fuels.
IHT doubles the Coefficient of Performance of the heat pump by starting from a warm ThermalBank.
