Interseasonal Heat Transfer™ (IHT™ )
at Howe Dell School in Hertfordshire
Howe Dell School opened its doors to pupils on 5 September 2007
ICAX™ provided heating and cooling for this 4,000 square metre Primary School. The technology is featured in the Department for Education and Skills "Schools for the Future" bulletin, and it is anticipated that IHT™ will help to reduce emissions in the new generation of schools in the UK currently being planned under the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme. BSF aims to rebuild or renew nearly every secondary school in England.
ICAX Ltd received a major Carbon Trust Award to enable Interseasonal Heat Transfer to be installed at Howe Dell School, Hatfield.
